No. 2(5)/2015: The Ukrainian Crisis and Its Significance for the International Security: economic and political aspects. The issue is concerned about the impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the Ukrainian economy, the functioning of the Ukrainian state and international economic affairs. The Authors from Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Russian Federation, Slovakia and Lithuania considered the problems of the neoliberal reforms in Ukraine, the Ukrainian banking system, the direction of changes in the Ukrainian state or the Russian-Ukrainian economic war. The issue is complemented by the guest article contributed by the scientists from the Covenant University in Nigeria.

No. 1(4)/2015: The USA – 150 years of the road to Worlds superpower. The issue published on the 150th anniversary of the end of the Civil War was dedicated to the American way to the superpower-state position. The Authors concerned their thesis on the various aspects related to the increase of the United States’ dominance in the world – f. e. the creation of the US Navy and its dominance on seas, the dilemmas about the policy of isolationism or the current American involvement in the Middle East affairs. For the first time in history of our scientific journal we welcome the Authors from abroad and the most merited Polish specialist in US affairs – professor Longin Pastusiak.
